Stomp Stomp Blow - Mindfulness Grounding Exercise For Kids


This is a grounding exercise called Stomp Stomp Blow to help feel calm.

Start by inhaling stomping one foot, then the other, and finally blow.
Focus on the sensation of your feet hitting the ground and imagine stomping and blowing away your worries.

You can use this technique to stomp out and blow away unpleasant feelings when you feel overwhelmed or stressed.

Grounding techniques can be useful to help you stay present and focused on the current moment.
