Pinwheel Breathing - Calming Deep Breathing Exercise


Pinwheel Breathing is a great technique to regulate adrenaline, stress, and anxiety levels.

This technique involves breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth while blowing on a pinwheel. The video demonstrates this technique with a cute pinwheel to blow on as you exhale. You can use this video anytime you feel overwhelmed and want to feel calm by reducing your stress and anxiety levels. I hope you find it helpful

Make sure that you are using deep abdominal breathing by placing your hands on your belly and making sure that it moves in and out with each breath (rather than breathing through your chest)
