Make a cute thistle for Robert Burns Day!

This video was made to celebrate Burns Night, which is a celebration of Robert Burns and his poetry on his birthday the 25th January. I created this cute thistle craft project to celebrate as the thistle is the national flower of Scotland. I hope that you have fun making your own thistles!

These cute paper thistles are inspired by the thistles in my animated poetry video for "A Red, Red Rose" written by the Scottish Poet Robert Burns

Burns Night is traditionally celebrated with a Burns Supper which usually includes eating 'haggis, neeps and tatties'. 

Haggis is the national dish of Scotland and is like a tasty oaty textured mince, neeps are mashed turnip and tatties are mashed potatoes.
